I have been very pleased with my Glenview home. The process from start to finish went smoothly overall and I was appreciative of the kind demeanour of everyone working with Glenview (thanks Jamie & Nichole). As a realtor with a deep knowledge of the area I purchased in, I felt that the combination of price, location and finishes could not be beat. The floor plans use the space well, the choice of finishes was great, and the construction was well done. When there were issues or concerns – which will occur with any build – the Glenview team was quick to respond and set up arrangements to rectify. Glenview was new to me in the residential development side when I purchased (2018) and this was their first project in Orleans, so naturally I was a bit skeptical of how the process would go. Now that I have worked with them on both personal and some client purchases, I would not hesitate to recommend them or buy another one of their homes myself. I think Glenview is a great option for a someone to purchase a lovely home with a smooth process at an affordable price.

We love our Glenview Home. We first moved into our first Glenview home in 2017 in the Kanata Community and have been very happy with the service and most importantly the layout and finishes in our home. The Community was perfect for us and we could not be more impressed with the whole process, from sales to warranty. We are very excited about our next Glenview home in the Heirloom community in Barrhaven with Glenview and cannot wait to take possession later this year. The Design process was very positive, Nichole was knowledgeable and helped us chose the right finishes for our home. So far, we have completed our pre-drywall walkthrough and the house and quality of work is fantastic, the home was clean and very well presented. Thank you to the Glenview staff and sales team for helping us buy our second Glenview Home and making the process smooth and easy.

We love our Glenview home! The entire experience has been positive, friendly, and overall relatively stress free – we could not be happier with our new home. Our purchase began with a rather unique start as Glenview purchased the forested property behind my parents home; even throughout the planning process, Glenview was careful to listen to the current neighbouring residents and work with the community to develop a beautiful new space.
We had the chance to pick from an array of beautiful finishes with the help of a very talented and patient design specialist, Nichole. Jamie in the sales office was far more than just a sales representative: he continues to kindly answer countless questions from numerous buyers, always with a smile, and he has become a wonderful friend. I unfortunately cannot remember all the names of the many trades-folk who stopped to chat “over-the-fence” with my parents as the house went up – everyone was so sweet and equally excited for my parents. Our after delivery specialist Shannon has been amazing, always following-up so that we don’t miss any important warranty dates. Finally, I must mention Jake, one of the owners: He truly cares about this development and those impacted by it; he was always ready to listen should we have a concern or suggestion, and was happy to intervene when needed.
The Birchfield: It’s absolutely stunning. An amazing use of space, giant windows, and the “builder grade” finishes are high quality and really quite lovely. Even our home inspector was surprised and extremely impressed with how well the house has been put together! While we have only lived here for three weeks, we are thrilled to call this beautiful space our home for the foreseeable future.
